WildFinder Gear backs its tents with a Limited Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. If a covered defect shows up during the warranty period, we’ll arrange repair or replacement as set out below. Any product we repair or replace stays covered only for the time remaining on the original warranty period.

How to claim

Our tents are sold through Amazon, so warranty claims are handled there. Open your Amazon order, message the seller from Your Orders, and include your order number along with photos of the issue. The Amazon team will guide you through the next steps.

What’s not covered

This Limited Warranty does not apply to any product affected by:

  • Accident, abuse, misuse, or negligence
  • Improper assembly, installation, or maintenance
  • Abnormal operating conditions or weather beyond rated limits
  • Alteration or modification of the product
  • Use for any purpose other than the intended design

Everyday wear that builds up through normal use is part of owning an outdoor product and falls outside warranty coverage.
