WildFinder Gear provides a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase. If a covered defect appears within the warranty period, we’ll arrange repair or replacement as set out below. Any repaired or replaced product is covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period.

How to claim

For products bought on Amazon, start your claim through your Amazon order — message the seller from Your Orders — or email contact@mywildfinder.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

What’s not covered

  • Accident, abuse, misuse, or negligence
  • Improper assembly, installation, or maintenance
  • Abnormal operating conditions or weather beyond rated limits
  • Alteration or modification of the product
  • Use for any purpose other than the intended design
  • Normal wear and tear
Try us first. Many issues — water entry from open zippers, topping off an air beam — are quick fixes. Email us before filing a claim and we’ll try to sort it out.
